Hiya! I was enjoying my ZoomCloud, but then it appears to have broke and stopped updating. :(

I've made numerous entries on my blog ( and I still haven't seen an update; and I've noticed the same effect on other blogs using ZoomClouds as well. I wonder what's going on, but in the process of doing that, I used your contact form... and haven't heard back thus far. :(

Can you please let me know what's going on? I really liked how easy it was to set up my ZoomCloud, but it's being static and getting kinda stale now. Many thanx and I look forward to hearing from you soon! :D

I can't see your cloud on your blog. At least, not in

Can you give us a URL where we can take a look at it?

Great, great, great feature! It will definitely boost my usage of ZoomClouds, as it is becoming a nice interface to find out what my friends are interested in the most.
Thanks! Keep up the good work! :-)

I welcome the addition of statistics to the services provided. They greatly enhance the value of the tag cloud. I look forward to the time when we can also see summary statistics by month without having to click on each day of the month. It would be useful to have one compiled list of the tags clicked during a month, with the number of times clicked, so that we don't have to do this manually.

One major reason for adding a tag cloud to my site was to provide an additional means for readers to navigate through the site to find what they were interested in reading. I notice that, when I click on one of the tags in the Zoom Cloud, only the "most recent" entries that include that tag are returned, even though there may be several others that include the tag. How old is "recent"? Is there some way to get all of the entries returned when a tag is clicked? Is this a Blogger issue or a Zoom Cloud issue?

RBA, I just remembered I deleted my old ZoomCloud--it appears I have another problem. I used this email address to signup and I have some ZoomClouds I want to delete from my account, but can't. They're named:

When I try to delete one, it pauses for a really long time on the page and it never deletes. :( It appears something else is going on... I look forward to hearing from you again!

Torley, try now. It should work a lot faster now - and sorry for the delay!

For the first time in a long time, my ZoomCloud appears to be working again thank you *so* much, RBA! It's back up on the right-hand side of my home page again. I hope this time, it'll keep updating. I'll be keeping an eye on it... thanx a lot for your help! :D

I'm sad to report that again, my ZoomCloud appears to be malfunctioning: it retains older contents but doesn't appear to be updating with tags from my latest blog posts. I moved blogs but my feed address, has remained the same.

RBA, if you see this, could you please take a look again? I'd be *tremendously* appreciative, I know this is at least as frustrating for you as it is for me.

Also, will there be any new ZoomClouds blog entries in the near future? :)

Well, I guess there might be entries if people will make comments. Hello to ZoomClouders everywhere! I love my ZoomClouds. Maybe someone will speak up!
